Najib sayz Gov prepared for flood? WtF?

This is a preview of what we’re gonna get from our future Prime Minister. And he seems to be very confident and proud what he said that the gov is prepared to handle the flood issue should it happen. Just take a look at the ‘impressive’ stats below, taken from Star report:

The logistics alone: 1,775 rescue boats, 20 helicopters and 13 units of Bailey bridges are ready for use.

A total 4,595 evacuation centres had been prepared and 1,182 health personnel were on standby, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

Fuuyoh! Good eh? Should we give a pat on the back for our future dear PM? Aiih, that’s the freaking/fishing problem with our leaders. Instead of solving the actual root cause of the issue, they always make hasty decisions and implement temporary stop gap measures. What we are facing now is a freaking flood problem and instead of asking why it floods and do something about it to prevent more flood, what the gov is doing now is to always prepare for the flood? Ohblimey !!! *Bang head bang head* This flooding issue is already a nenek moyang issue and up till today we still cannot solve it? Sheesh. If our dear gov decides to seriously tackle the flood issue, then i’m sure the stats will be like this:

The logistics alone: 1,775 0 rescue boats, 20 0 helicopters and 13 0 units of Bailey bridges are ready for use.

A total 4,595 0 evacuation centres had been prepared and 1,182 0 health personnel were on standby, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

What pisses me off is the way our gov is handling issues in our country and sometimes they think as if their solution is that damn good! Sigh… When will they ever learn and grow up?
